Mechanical Dock Levelers
DLM mechanical dock levelers are an economical solution to basic applications, while still providing strength and durability. These levelers use a pull chain activation to raise the deck. The operator then simply walks the deck back down to the bed of a trailer or to a stored position.
Hydraulic Dock Levelers
DLM hydraulic dock levelers are push-button activated. They utilize fully powered raise and lip extension functions with hydraulic cylinders and individual or multi-unit hydraulic pump and motor stations. Hydraulic levelers are the easiest to operate and require the lowest maintenance. They’re also the safest loading dock choice, as these levelers contain in-line velocity fuses to prevent free fall in a truck pull-out situation.
Air Powered Dock Levelers
DLM air-powered dock levelers are an economical alternative to hydraulic levelers, but are still operated with push-button activation. The use of an air bag or bellows system is used to raise and lower the deck.
Edge of Docks
DLM Edge-of-Dock Levelers mount directly to the dock face and provide a recommended working range of +/-3″ and a maximum operating range of +/-5″ above or below dock. The units are offered with either mechanical or hydraulic operation.
Truck Restraints
Increase safety at the loading dock. Many forklift accidents occur every year that are caused by a truck prematurely departing from the dock or creeping away due to loading and unloading momentum. Installing a Vehicle Restraint from DLM can help prevent these accidents by securing a trailer to the dock and providing better communication between the truck driver and dock attendant.
Dock Bumpers
To match your application needs, DLM gives you a choice between two varieties of bumper blocks, laminated and molded. Bumper blocks help protect against structural damage to buildings and docks caused by trucks. They will help cut maintenance costs and expensive repairs.
Dock Seals
